En 1944, se realizó por primera vez en Ibiza, la procesión del Santo Entierro con la imagen del Santo Cristo Yacente.

En 1947, se agregaría a la procesión, la imagen de la Virgen de los Dolores.

En 1955, la imagen de Ntra. Sra. de la Piedad se incorpora a la procesión.

En 1958, se incorporó a la procesión, la imagen del Santo Cristo de la Agonía, de la Parroquia de Santa Cruz, cuyo fundador es D. Lucas Ramón Torres, presbítero y canónigo prefecto de ceremonias de la S.I.C.

En 1960, siendo presbítero D. José Prats Torres, hizo una remodelación de la estructura de la Cofradía, participando en la procesión ese mismo año. El Smo. Cristo era llevado en posición vertical sobre una peana, portada por ocho cofrades.

En 1963, se incorporó la imagen del Ecce-Homo, que quedaría en la Iglesia del Hospitalet.

En 1965, la talla del Ecce-Homo, se agregó a la Cofradía del Smo. Cristo del Cementerio, participando en la procesión. De esta manera, la Cofradía del Smo. Cristo del Cementerio es la única de las Pitiusas que interviene en la procesión portando dos pasos.

En ese mismo año, la Cofradía inauguró dos procesiones propias:

1ª -La del Lunes Santo, en la que se portaba al Smo. Cristo en posición horizontal inclinada y se bajaba a la Marina, siguiendo caminos alternativos, para de nuevo, regresar a la Iglesia de Santo Domingo, acompañado de unos pocos tambores y cornetas. El iniciador o responsable de la banda era el fotógrafo Vicente Domínguez.

2ª- La del Miércoles Santo que se celebraba partiendo de la Iglesia del Hospitalet, con el Ecce-Homo, y recorría las calles de Dalt Vila y finalizaba en Santo Domingo, también iba acompañada de la banda de tambores y cornetas.
